ABOUT ME

My name is Sophia, a stay-at-home mom, and I have three boys who keep me busy.

I enjoy listening to what happens in school. Every day, my boys will come home with new stories. Some are funny, and some are not so funny.

I use their stories as a learning experience, and I guess this is how these books were born.

I know how little kids are fascinated with school buses; you can't imagine how long I have hummed "the wheels on the bus".

This first book is about transracial adoption, and my second book is about bullying. I love animal characters very much. Kids can be simple yet complex. They ask us complex questions and are satisfied with the simplest explanation.

These books are best suited for kids from kindergarten through second grade. They will learn about adoption, bullying, and accepting others that are different.
